In our commitment to sustainable climate resilience practices, Brook Initiative, alongside the Climate Change Club of the Lutheran Junior Seminary, Mbamba, Yola South, engaged in a tree planting exercise. Note that this Climate Change Club was established by our team earlier this year.
With excitement and commitment, each student planted a seedling and named it after themselves — a simple but powerful pledge to nurture the trees and pass on that responsibility to those who come after them.
These seedlings are more than plants; they are promises of cleaner air, shade, and a greener future. 
Together, we are growing resilience, one tree at a time.
